Kim graduated from Lakeland Community College with an associate’s degree in business and from Ursuline College with bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business. Prior to working for the Girl Scouts, Kim worked at Progressive Insurance for 14 years as an Inventory Control Specialist.

Kim has been a long-time volunteer with Girl Scouts in many capacities. In recent years she has been a day camp director, outdoor and environmental program facilitator, camporee committee and event planner for the Euclid Service Unit. As a member of the Lake Erie legacy council, Kim was on the Adult Recognition Committee, Fund Development Committee, delegate, trainer, troop leader and co-leader. She is also a recipient of the Girl Scout Thanks Badge.  Kim resides in Broadview Heights.
