If you have an EMERGENCY (Girl Scout accident or injury requiring hospitalization, missing child or theft/severe damage to GSNEO property etc.) please follow the instructions on GSNEO Emergency Procedure Card or as appropriate:

1. Provide care for the injured
2. Call 911
3. Notify parents of action
4. Cooperate fully with law enforcement officials and emergency responders
5. Notify GSNEO during business hours, M-F, 8:30am - 5pm at 800-852-4474. After business hours and on weekends for EMERGENCIES ONLY call 330-472-2389.
