The Fall Product Sale is a council-sponsored money earning program that allows troops to generate funds at the beginning of the membership year for activities, camping, trips and community service projects.
The 2011 nut and candy sale begins October 1.
Troops will be able to earn proceeds and girls will be able to earn recognition awards including Pathway Passes. A Pathway Pass is a varied dollar amount credit that each girl may earn during a council-sponsored product sale. The Pathway Pass dollar amount earned varies according to the dollar amount a girl sells.
The Fall Product Sale is in addition to the Girl Scout Cookie Program, it does not take the place of it. Troops may participate in council-approved money-earning activities after they have supported GSNEO by participating in both council-sponsored product sales. (GSNEO Board Policy, effective August 5, 2009)
Fall Product Sale includes candies and nuts from Trophy Nut Company and new or renewal magazine subscsriptions from QSP Magazines. Over 700 of the most popular magazines in America are available - all at great savings - up to 80 percent of newsstand prices. Candy and nut products are $7-$10.
