2015 Spring Meeting of the General Assembly Presentation

 

 

Deadline for proposed amendment(s) or revision(s) to the
Code of Regulations

Due to inquiries from our membership about deadlines as they pertain to submitting proposals or revisions to our GSNEO Code of Regulations, the GSNEO Board of Directors approved a procedure that you should be aware.  It is as follows:

All proposed amendment(s) or revision(s) to the Code of Regulations to be submitted by a member for consideration by the General Assembly must be submitted in writing to the Chair of the Board not less than sixty (60) calendar days prior to a regularly called meeting of the General Assembly, which includes the Annual Meeting and one additional meeting.

All proposed amendment(s) or revision(s) to the Code of Regulations to be submitted by a member for consideration by the General Assembly must be submitted in writing to the Chair of the Board at the same time the Chair receives a written request of the majority of the Board members or the majority of the members of the General Assembly to convene a special meeting.
