Hudson Troop #1157, led by Sandy McCollough and April Fields, provided meals to the Ronald McDonald House in Akron. This group of 5th Graders browned over 20 pounds of ground beef and collected 72 hamburger buns, 6 bags of salad, 10 cans of sloppy joe sauce and dozens of cookies and goodies....more
Hudson Troop #515, led by Donna Menendez, made teddy bears in December for Akron Children's Hospital oncology patients. This toy-making event was hosted and supported by First & Main merchant Bear on The Square. Eleven cuddly bears were hand-created by this troop of kindergarten girls....more
