Cadette earned Silver Award with astronomy project

Alex, a Cadette Girl Scout, planned and led an astronomy club for Elyria Community Elementary School to earn the Girl Scout Silver Award, the highest award a Cadette may earn. 

She was the first girl in GSNEO to be trained on the observatory, the Dobsonian telescope, and the StarLab.
