The Haiti Relief money-earning project request form is available under Forms on www.gsneo.org and may be submitted to your local service centers in person, by mail, fax or email to mlove@gsneo.org at least 4 weeks prior to the requested start date.
All money-earning activities must be appropriate for the age level and comply with state and local laws regulating sales by minors, food handling, etc. and may not be conducted on the Internet. Examples of APPROVED activities include: bake sale, car wash, gift wrapping, babysitting. Acceptable money-earning projects include those where girls are making an item to sell or providing a service. examples of NON-APPROVED activities include: promoting a business to receive a percentage of their sales (i.e. Tupperware, Pampered Chef); reselling a product purchased such as candy bars, cans of pop or tshirts. Participation in product demonstration parties, raffles, drawings, games of chance, and the sale or endorsement of commercial products or businesses is prohibited.
