The Key Leadership Academy (KWLA), is a leadership development program sponsored by the Key Bank Foundation, to educate and empower Girl Scout volunteers to build girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place.
Girl Scouts of North East Ohio (GSNEO), is focused on engaging more volunteers, enhancing our programs, and strengthening our ability to help girls reach their fullest potential. The curriculum is designed to assist participants in identifying and connecting their skills and strengths to specific roles within GSNEO at either the organizational or youth level.

Tuition
Tuition for participation in the Key Women’s Leadership Academy is $50 for current members and $62 for non-members. The non-member fee includes payment to register as a new member. Each participant is expected to pay a minimum of 50% of the tuition; the remaining balance may be paid by the employer, sponsoring organization or the individual participant.
