Calling all Girl Scouts, past and present! This is National Girl Scout Week, celebrating 98 years of building courage, confidence, and character in girls to make the world a better place.
As a Girl Scout alumnus, you know firsthand the Real Fun and Adventure of Girl Scouting, the Real Friendships and Real Learning that occurs.
As our 100th anniversary approaches, we are reaching out to our alumnae and asking you to share your fondest memories of being a Girl Scout. Perhaps it was camp, or a father/daughter dance, or a community service project. We want to hear it! Please join us in celebrating by sharing your story with us, and by wearing your Girl Scout pin or sash on National Girl Scout Day Friday, March 12.
We are asking every woman who has a voice in the community – whether it is on television, radio, print, on-line, or face-to-face – to reconnect and rediscover the adventure of Girl Scouts by announcing that you were once a Girl Scout and inviting others to re-engage with us by calling 1-800-852-4474 (mail box 6850), emailing gsalumnae@gsneo.org or by joining the Girl Scouts of North East Ohio Facebook group.
Once a Girl Scout, Always a Girl Scout! We look forward to reconnecting with you!
