So many cookies, so little time. For three days only, trucks filled to the max with millions of Girl Scout Cookies will be delivered to Girl Scout troops across 18-counties.
Girl Scout cookies will be the talk of Northeast Ohio as Girl Scout troop leaders load their cars, vans and trucks with the eight varieties of Girl Scout Cookies that were sold by their troops during the 2013 Girl Scout Cookie Program.
The cookie trucks will be distributing the cookies at different delivery sites across our 18-county region. (Members of the media may call Kim at 330-983-0376 or 330-618-5177 (mobile) for locations and times of deliveries near you.)
Girl Scout Cookie Booth sales run March 1 – 17. To find a cookie booth in your community, download the free mobile app called the “Cookie Locator.” Enter your zip code, and it will point you to the nearest cookie booth.
New this year is the “5 for Five” campaign. Cookie customers may purchase five boxes of cookies to support the 5 skills girls develop: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills and business ethics. Each customer who purchases five boxes of Girl Scout Cookies will receive a ticket for a chance to win five cases of cookies!
The Girl Scout Cookie Program is the largest girl-led business in the country and generates immeasurable benefits for girls, their council and communities throughout northeast Ohio. Girls set cookie goals to support their chosen activities for the year, to fund community service projects, to attend summer camp, to travel to destinations near and far and to provide events for girls in their community.
