Camps Hilaka, Lejnar, and Ledgewood are open for scheduled troop, service unit, and group camping this weekend.  If you would like to reschedule your camping experience this weekend, please contact the registration department next week by calling 800-852-4474.

There are no troops, SUs or groups scheduled for Camps Pleasant Valley, Great Trail or Sugarbush.

The Cleveland Play House, Drury Theater

Saturday, February 27 at 8pm  (Please note that this is a corrected date and time.)

The show must go on!

At the present time, Cleveland Play House intends to run the performance of Emma as scheduled.  If, in the rare instance that the performance is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, there will be a recorded message on the Play House Box Office line.

Registered participants should call the Box Office at The Cleveland Play House at 216-795-7000 two hours before the show.  If the performance is cancelled, participants can exchange their tickets for another Girl Scout performance by calling Sandi Wheeler at 216-795-7000 ext. 180.

Mall Lock-In

Westfield South Park Mall

Saturday, February 27 at 8pm - Sunday, February 28 at 8am

Westfield Mall anticipates that the winter storm will conclude prior to the 8pm start time, and intends to offer the Girl Scout program as scheduled.

In the instance that the program will be cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, a mass e-mail will be sent by the mall to all program registrants between 12 (noon) and 2pm Saturday.

If necessary, the Mall Lock-In will be rescheduled for Saturday, March 6 - Sunday, March 7.  If you have questions, contact Andy Selesnik, Director of Marketing for Westfield SouthPark Mall at 440-238-9199

The Cookies are coming!

Cookie delivery begins Monday, March 1 and runs through March 4, and happens rain or shine...or SNOW!

Each troop should verify its location and time slot in eBudde in order to plan ahead.

Orders are processed in 5 minute intervals.

In the event you arrive at a time other than your scheduled time, you may be asked to wait until we are able to work you into the schedule.

You are required to pick up all of your cookies at once.  If you have a lot of cookies, you may need multiple vehicles.  Please be sure to arrive and get in line together.

Use the guideline on page 26 of your blue Volunteer Guide to a Successful Cookie Season manual to calculate how many cases of cookies will fit in your vehicle.  The calculations are based on an empty car.  So remember, no extra passengers, groceries, car seats etc.
Don't forget to put your 5-digit troop # on your dash for us to see when you arrive - you can use the back of your Volunteer Guide to a Successful Cookie Season manual.
