World Thinking Day – or World Friendship Day – is celebrated by troops/service units during the month of February and beginning of March. Service Units have a fair of sorts where troops pick a country and represent it through food, crafts, displays, and sometimes talent shows.
Brownie Troop #374 interviewed Rev. Paul Bupe and his wife Catherine Bupe about what it's like in Zambia.
Mr. and Mrs. Bupe currently live in Sandusky with one of their four children. The other three children are in college. The Bupe's and one of their children are traveling to Zambia in July.
Troop #374 is gathering items for a "care package." It will be filled with shoes, clothing, school supplies, books and lots of other items.
