Prepare to take your teen leadership to the next level! Learn to share your interests and passions, model leadership attributes,
and inspire younger girls to be leaders in their own lives. This training will help you develop your skills in managing groups
of girls as part of a troop, program series, or special event. Role-play and brainstorm with other teen leaders, and understand
the role of volunteers in delivering the Girl Scout Leadership Experience. Girls who have completed 9th grade are eligible
to earn the VIT award.
