Return and Exchange Policy for Girl Scouts of North East Ohio Council

You may return any item except discontinued or clearance merchandise within 30 days of receiving your shipment. All exchanges or returns must be in new and unused condition and have original packaging and accessories.
Please follow these guidelines:

Online Orders

1) A copy of your invoice/receipt must be included with the return indicating:

• The reason for the return
• Whether you would like a refund or exchange
• Contact information where you can be reached during business hours

2) Please pack your return securely and insure returns with a high dollar value.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the return resulted from our error. Please allow approximately 14 business day after we receive your return for the refund to be processed. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

Merchandise purchased from the Girl Scouts of North East Ohio Council Website may be returned to any retail shop operated by GSNEO Council. We regret that we cannot exchange or refund merchandise purchased from other Girl Scout Councils or from GSUSA. See GSNEO Shop homepage for list of locations.

In Store Purchases

Merchandise purchased from any Girl Scouts of North East Ohio Council shop may be returned to any of the Girl Scouts of North East Ohio Council shops.

Returns with a receipt:          

Refund within 30 days of purchase
Store Credit within 31-45 days of purchase
Cash refunds will be issued by mail

Returns without a receipt: Store credit on currently in stock and non-discontinued items only

No exchange or return on discontinued or clearance items.
No returns or exchanges after 45 days.
