Day Pass Requests

Troops and families are welcome to visit our camps! While at camp you can schedule to participate in the many outdoor activities that are offered. You can find all listings for events on the Event Calendar. Simply reserve your activity and submit a Day Pass Request for all visitors in your group.

Families can experience camp too while attending with their Girl Scout! While we are accommodating day passes for non-members currently, we recommend purchasing the additional insurance for non-members while on Girl Scout property or becoming a registered member. If attendees are not a registered member or have not purchased additional insurance for non-members, we are not liable for any injuries while incurred on property.

Day passes are not issued at Camp Ledgewood and Camp Timberlane during the months of June, July, beginning of August, due to summer camps in session.

What Does My Day Pass Include?

A Day Pass to camp is for you to hike and explore camp for the day. Day Passes do not include the use of Fire Pits or Pavilions. If you are interested in using a Pavilion/Cabin for the day, or Fire Pits, you need to make a reservation for those sites. Day Use sites do not let you list the people that will be at camp with you, so a Day Pass is still required when reserving a Day Use site.
