Day Pass Requests

Troops and families are welcome to visit our camps! While at camp you can schedule to participate in the many outdoor activities that are offered. You can find all listings for events on the Event Calendar. Simply reserve your activity and submit a Day Pass Request for all visitors in your group.

Families can experience camp too while attending with their Girl Scout! While we are accommodating day passes for non-members currently, we recommend purchasing the additional insurance for non-members while on Girl Scout property or becoming a registered member. If attendees are not a registered member or have not purchased additional insurance for non-members, we are not liable for any injuries while incurred on property.

COVID Guidelines:

Each Day Pass allows for a maximum of 10 participants to comply with our guidelines of maximum group sizes of 10. Volunteer to girl ratios must still be maintained, meaning that at least 2 adult volunteers must be included in the total of 10 participants (for most age levels, that would be 2 volunteers to 8 girls). Social distancing should be maintained throughout the visit. If other groups are at the camp property for hiking/activities the same day, we recommend limiting interaction to be only with those in your immediate group of 10 or less. Coinciding with orders from the State of Ohio, our guidelines restrict groups larger than 10 persons from gathering.
