Service Area Leadership Team (SALT) Meeting
Service Area Leadership Team (SALT) Meetings are bi-annual and open to any Girl Scouts of North East Ohio Service Unit Team Member, promoting discussion, collaboration, problem-solving, and brainstorming across Service Unit lines. Any Service Unit Team Member can attend any SALT Meeting in any location. Join us to communicate successes, questions, or struggles to peers, and be ready to learn new ideas and approaches and provide your expertise to others. Common talking points include Success-Sharing, specific Troubleshooting (such as Leader Meeting attendance), Recruitment, Finance Reporting, Inter-Service Unit Communications, Event Planning, Collaboration across Service Units, and so much more. We’ll provide at least one set of ears from Girl Scouts of North East Ohio to hear your feedback, stress-points, and to serve as facilitator. We can’t wait to see you there!
