Adult Fee:

Combine pre-course online-prep work with a real-in-classroom experience.  This will lesson the time you spend in the classroom, but still counts as a workplace Adult and Pediatrics First Aid/CPR/AED certification for the American Red Cross.  Prepare for class by completing the online portion of simulated learning course on your computer.  After completing it you will be given a certificate to proceed to the in-classroom skills session.  The online simulation learning provides an engaging online experience where learners respond to real-world emergencies by going on “missions”. These missions take place in a variety of settings – from the office cubicle to the factory floor to the school cafeteria. In early missions, a narrator provides extensive direction and feedback to support learner’s actions, while in later missions, learners are challenged to practice with less assistance – building their confidence and knowledge prior to attending the in-person skill session. Learners must complete the online course before participating in the skill session. Bring a copy of your completion certificate to the class. You cannot attend the class without this proof of completion. If you do not have a printer you can take a picture of the completion certificate with your cell phone to show your instructor. The certificate is non-transferrable.  If you have trouble with the online pre-course work call 1-800-RED-CROSS for technical assistance.

Link for online portion will be included in your email receipt - please make sure you enter your correct email address when registering for this class, in order to receive the link.

In order to be admitted into the building we have some additional requirements due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Please wear a mask into the building.
  • You will also be asked 3 screening questions before being admitted into the building.
  • Your temperature will also be taken. Anyone with a temperature who exceeds 99.5 degrees Fahrenheit will not be permitted into the building or class and asked to reschedule.
