As a volunteer, you help us to deliver wow-worthy experiences to girls by introducing them to new adventures and encouraging them to explore every dream. A.L.E. is the place to experience camp geared towards adults! Whether you are brand new to Girl Scouting, or an experienced volunteer - we’re “Tied Together Through Girl Scouts.”
At A.L.E. participants can select classes based on their interests and passion! Class options include but are not limited to Outdoor Essentials, First Aid/CPR, varied outdoor cooking methods, using a commercial kitchen, conflict resolution for girls and adults, age level specific tips for troop volunteers, and so much more. There’s a course for whatever interests you – there are over 50 to choose from!
Daily schedules include three to four sessions. Participants can select days and sessions they would like to attend. Overnight accommodations are available as well for those looking to stay at camp. Spend the night at Camp Ledgewood in a bunkhouse or tent. Childcare options are available to those who need.
