Do you have a knack for building things, love working with numbers, or have an eye for design? Then Construction Academy is the camp for you! Led by Tari Rivera, President and Founder of Regency Construction Services, Inc., discover how schools, hospitals, and other important buildings are designed and constructed through problem-solving workshops and conversations with women working in the industry today. Take a field trip to a real construction site to see building in action! You'll also visit the Carpenter’s Training Center to practice some virtual welding and build a toolkit to take home. Over the course of the week, you will earn the Junior STEM Career Exploration badge and the Think Like an Engineer Journey. Hiking boots or hard-soled shoes are required. Girls will live in a cabin unit.
