Summer Camp Registration Frequently Asked Questions

How do I view my registrations?

Click on the button below to log in to view your camp registration(s).

Note:  This is not the same as your MyGS.  The log in to view your registrations is a different system.

You now will have access to the events and camps you have signed up for.  You can make payments and adjust camping rosters by clicking through the appropriate tabs of your profile.

How do I make camp payments?

Log in to your registration account. (Click on the button below)

You now will have access to the events and camps you have signed up for.  Click on the "Registrations" tab.

From here, you are able to view registration details and make payments.

How do I use my girl's Pathway Passes for camp registration?

GSNEO Rewards is where you find all of your GSNEO discounts in one place. Codes for earned Pathway Passes and Scoutships are delivered electronically to the GSNEO Rewards system on the gsneo.org website.

The scoutship pass awarded for the summer camp discount is a percentage off of one choice of summer opportunities over $100.00 in value. The summer program discount will be good between March 1, 2018 and August 15, 2018.

Discount codes will need to be applied to the summer program order online at the time the order is placed.  To use multiple codes, enter each code separated by a comma and then click apply once all codes have been added.  The discount will then be taken from the order total.  Please make sure you have caregiver permission before using codes of girls not in your family.

For Resident Camp Deposits: Payments made with Pathway Passes will take the total discount amount of Pathway Passes from the total amount due. If there is a balance of $75 or more due, a deposit will need to be paid at the time the order is placed.

For more information check out the Pathway Passes FAQ: http://www.gsneo.org/en/our-council/help-desk/gsneo-rewards-faqs.html

Is assistance available to help pay for camp?

We want to make sure she doesn't miss out on all the great things happening at summer camp.  Simply apply for Scoutship.  Scoutship is financial assistance for summer camp, uniforms and council-sponsored programs.  Scoutship is awarded annually based on a family's size and household income.

Visit gsneo.org and click on "Customer Care."  From there, look for "Scoutship" and click on it.  Fill in the fields and within several business days you should receive email notification of your Scoutship award.  For further information, contact Customer Care at 800-852-4474.

Can I set up auto payments from my bank account for summer camp?

At this time, this option is not availlable with our system.  You will receive email notifications when payments are due.

Emails will come from Girl Scouts of North East Ohio and email address noreply@doubleknot.com.  Please mark this as a safe address and remember to check your spam folder.

Are the health forms fillable online?

Our PDF forms are designed to be fillable. However, variations in browsers and add-ins complicate this feature. If you have trouble viewing or filling in one of our PDF forms, download it and save it to your computer. Open that form using Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, download it with this link: https://acrobat.adobe.com/us/en/acrobat/pdf-reader.html

Note: The Resident Camp Health Form is not a fillable form.  This form requires a physician's signature and must be printed out.
