Day Pass Requests

Whether you want to take advantage of scheduled outdoor activities, go on a hike, have a picnic, or to simply come see our beautiful properties, we love having our Girl Scouts and families visit our camps!
For youth members, you can find all listings for events on our Event Calendar.
Looking to spend the afternoon with friends or family, or trek some of our trails? Simply choose a date to visit and complete a Day Pass Request for all visitors in your group. Then keep an eye out for our emails (order confirmation and a site permit) to confirm your request and get important information about visiting camp.
If you’re a troop or service unit looking for an overnight experience at camp, see Troop and Service Unit Camping, and be sure to check out the Camp Ledgewood, Camp Sugarbush, and Camp Timberlane information pages for more.
Day passes are not issued at Camp Ledgewood and Camp Timberlane during the months of June, July, and the beginning of August, due to summer camps in session.
Click the button below for the camp you wish to explore and select the date you plan to visit. Enter the names of all who plan to attend in your reservation roster!
