It all starts here. Juniors team up with fellow Girl Scouts to explore their community, discover a need or issue they care about, and work together to address it. It’s a chance to create a plan and make an impact on the community they live in.
You can become a Bronze Award Girl Scout if you:
- Are in fourth or fifth grade
- Are a registered Girl Scout Junior
- Have completed a Junior Leadership Award

Explore your community
Decide on a project to work on
Submit your project proposal for approval to your troop leader.
Make a plan of action
Put your plan in motion
Submit your final report to your troop leader.
Spread the word
- Complete GSNEO’s Girl Scout Bronze Award Certificate Request Form to receive your certificate. Bronze Award Certificates are mailed on the second Wednesday of every month..
