Whether you want to take advantage of scheduled outdoor activities, go on a hike, have a picnic, or to simply come see our beautiful properties, we love having our Girl Scouts and families visit our camps!

For youth members, you can find all listings for events on our Event Calendar.

Looking to spend the afternoon with friends or family, or trek some of our trails? Simply choose a date to visit and complete a Day Pass Request for all visitors in your group. Then keep an eye out for our emails (order confirmation and a site permit) to confirm your request and get important information about visiting camp.

Day passes are not issued at Camp Ledgewood and Camp Timberlane during the months of June, July, and the beginning of August, due to summer camps in session. Day Passes are also not available when camps are closed in observance of National Holidays, i.e. Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, etc.

FAQs

What You Need to Know About Your Day Trip to a Girl Scout Camp Property toggle arrow

Day Pass is required
Latrines are open, but buildings and indoor restrooms are not
Pets are not permitted on GSNEO properties
An Outdoor Essential certified volunteer is required to be present and attend to any fire
Wipe down surfaces before and after use, including benches

When are Day Passes Available? toggle arrow

You will receive a Final Roster/Site Permit to bring with you to camp as confirmation that your Day Pass Request was granted. The automated order confirmation is not your Final Roster/Site Permit.

Day Passes can be requested by customers online up to three days before your requested date. Allow up to two business days for processing. We cannot process Day Passes after 3:00pm on Fridays, or on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays, so please secure your pass early. If you have questions, please contact Customer Care directly at 800-852-4474, customercare@gsneo.org, or via Live Chat. We are available to assist between 8:30am-5:00pm weekdays, excluding national holidays.

What Does My Day Passes Include? toggle arrow

A Day Pass to camp is for you to hike and explore camp for the day. Day Passes do not include the use of Fire Pits or Pavilions. If you are interested in using a Pavilion/Cabin for the day, or Fire Pits, you need to make a reservation for those sites. Day Use sites do not let you list the people that will be at camp with you, so a Day Pass is still required when reserving a Day Use site.

The GSNEO Wanderer Patch Program was created to encourage progression using our trails, keeping our trails viable and promote a healthy and active lifestyle for our Girl Scouts!
