GSNEO is excited to offer custom council-led experiences for your Troop or Service Unit! From badge workshops to birthday parties and bridging events, each program sparks curiosity, creativity, and confidence. Girls can code robots, build rockets, experiment with circuits, or design keepsakes, all while learning teamwork and problem-solving. Badge workshops help troops earn badges with fun, guided activities, and birthday parties turn celebrations into maker adventures. Every experience is tailored to your troop’s age and interests, making learning exciting, empowering, and unforgettable.

GSNEO CUSTOM EVENTS POLICIES
All GNSEO Custom Events will be planned by a member of the Girl Experience Team and facilitated by GSNEO staff members. All custom programming has a minimum cost of $200. As of January 2026, pathway passes cannot be used for Custom Programming or Events. Custom Events can be booked for an upcoming season when the season's program guide is published on the GSNEO website. It is the organizer’s responsibility to obtain emergency contact information, medical information, and photo permissions for all participants. All programs will follow the rules and regulations laid out in the Safety Checkpoints. Custom Events should be requested at least 4 weeks before the desired date. Once a request form is complete, it will be assigned to the correct member of the Girl Experience Team. That GE Team member will then reach out to you to discuss the event and plan details, including obtaining any supplies needed or staff to work the event.
