VIEW NOW!Girls & Families — Action Steps Before the Program Begins
- To sign your Girl Scout up for the Fall Product Program, they must be registered for the current membership year and check in with your troop leaders first to be sure your troop is participating.
- Then complete the Annual Permission Form and return it to your troop’s Fall Product Program Volunteer.
After completing these first steps to getting started with the program, here’s what you’ll need to do next:
- Obtain FPP materials—including the paper order card and a printed copy of the FPP Family Guide—from your Fall Product Program Volunteer. You can also view these materials online and download them from this page.
- Review the Family Guide for details on setting up your Girl Scout’s M2 site, program dates, and participation options.
- Set goals: which reward level does your Girl Scout want to reach?
- Review this webpage for more details, tutorials, and downloadables.
- Get ready for the Fall Product Program fun to begin on August 27, 2025!

2025 FPP Product Lineup
The Fall Product Program Order Card Lineup consists of 16 delicious snack items for the order card. All items from the order card and online girl-delivered will arrive at Service Units in early November and make great gifts for family, friends, teachers, and co-workers. Check out the assortment this year.
For customers that purchase through the digital storefront and choose to have items shipped directly to their home, there are also exclusive online items available as well. From online exclusive snack items, magazine subscriptions, personalized stationery, Tervis Tumblers, and an exclusive Girl Scout BarkBox—there is a little something for everyone!

Don’t forget to color your postcard with Rory and Bramble and to share with us your amazing adventures with them this summer to get ready for the Fall Product Program! Share memories to add to our summer scrapbook by sending photos to marketing@gsneo.org through October 3. Make sure you are in the photo with me! Five (5) winners will be chosen to receive a mystery prize!

To enter your submission for the name voting of our newest member, click HERE and make your selection.
One lucky participating Girl Scout will have the opportunity to win! To be entered for a chance to win, the participating Girl Scout must:
- Sell $250 in total combined in-person and/or online sales during the 2025 Fall Product Program.
Once this goal is met your Girl Scout will be automatically entered into the drawing.
The winner will be notified after the completion of the sale in December.

Troop Resources
The GSNEO Fall Product Program gives troops the opportunity to offer snacks, magazines, and other items to raise proceeds that help fund their next adventure. Girls also learn important life skills like goal setting and money management, and they can earn fun rewards too! Girls can sell in person to their friends or family or digitally through the M2 secure online system for the program.

VIEW NOW!Troop Volunteers — Action Steps Before the Program Begins
- Be sure that your troop has a designated FPP Volunteer! This person will be the volunteer in charge of the program for the troop.
- They need to be registered as a Fall Product Program Volunteer and complete the Product Program Volunteer Agreement Form. This agreement must be completed before access can be granted to M2; the online system needed to properly manage the program.
Program materials will begin shipping the week of August 4 (may take 1-2 weeks to receive) to those who have completed and processed forms on file with GSNEO.
- Ensure that the troop bank account is up and running through our Finance department. If you need to open a bank account or make changes to an existing one, please submit the applicable requests through the online forms which can be found at the GSNEO Troop Banking & Finances Page
- Watch the 2025 FPP Volunteer Recorded Webinar (link coming soon!)
- Distribute and review the materials, products, and rewards with your troop. Remember that sales materials should only be given to those that completed the Annual Permission Form for the current year. Create goals with your Girl Scouts to see what your troop plans to use these early proceeds on.
- When you receive access August 20, set up your M2 account to manage your troop's program and review troop roster and bank account info.

- Follow emails for more details regarding product pick up dates, times, and locations.
Did your troop complete Spring Renewal for this Girl Scout membership year? If so, did you know that you can earn an extra bonus at cookie time? That's right! Troops can earn an additional three (3) cents per box of cookies sold in the 2026 Cookie Program by meeting the following requirements:
- Renew at least 65% of girls and two volunteers by June 11, 2025.
- Complete and submit a 2025 Troop Finance Report by June 11, 2025.
- Participate in the 2025 Fall Product Program, with a per-girl selling average of $50.
