At initial upload and system launch, GSNEO staff had been uploading all volunteers in each troop to the troop “family” within ActiveNet.
We determined that more balance was needed to safeguard customer information, so moving forward, only adults in troop leadership and youth members will be included in troops within ActiveNet.
As a caregiver to a Girl Scout, you have access to:
- Members of your household family (to enroll in activities).
- Ability to access/use coupons and program credit funds for those in your household family.
- Visibility to enrollments and reservations for those in your household family.
- The contact and personal information for those in your household.

As a troop leadership volunteer, you have more visibility/access, including ability to:
- See registrations for any/all events for all youth members and other troop leadership
- Complete registrations/enrollments for any member on your roster within ActiveNet
- Use program credit funds (Pathway Passes) or coupons (for Scoutship and Juliette funds, for example) toward the purchase of any enrollment for the individual's awarded the funds.
- The contact and personal information for those on your roster in ActiveNet.
