Girl Scouts with more than one kind of valid* Pathway Pass program credit will notice a difference in ACTIVE Network. The system will currently only allow the first-expiring kind of passes to be applied in a single transaction, which then must be paid in full before other program credits were released for use on future transactions. We want youth to have access to all of their Pathway Pass program credits, so there’s a “work around” in place while we work with ACTIVE Network to gain the full functionality of Pathway Pass program credits.

For now, here’s what you can expect:
Youth with only one kind of valid* Pathway Passes will have that program credit in ACTIVE Network showing the expected expiration date. There is no impact for youth whose passes are from only one product program/source.
Youth with valid Pathway Passes awarded from multiple sources (like rewards from multiple product programs) will have them all combined as a single credit amount in ACTIVE Network. The expiration date will be set to the soonest expiring passes. After that date, any remaining, valid program credit funds will be reissued with the next nearest Pathway Pass expiration date, enabling youth to continue spending their credits.
