Resources for the 2027 Cookie Program will be available late October 2026

The Girl Scout Cookie Program is the largest girl-led entrepreneurial program in the world. Through it, Girl Scouts learn lifelong skills while earning fun rewards and troop proceeds to fuel their adventures.

What your Girl Scout to Join the Cookie Pogram?

Talk to your troop leaders to make sure your troop is taking part.
Fill out the Annual Permission Form and give it to your Troop Cookie Volunteer.
Pick up your Cookie Program materials from your Troop Cookie Volunteer. This includes the paper order card and a printed Cookie Family Guide. You can also look at these materials online and download them below.
Learn About the Cookie Program. Read the Cookie Family Guide to find out how to set up your Girl Scout’s Digital Cookie site, get important program dates, and learn about different Ways to Participate in the Cookie Program Talk with your Girl Scout and choose what works best for them.
Talk with your Girl Scout about her goals. Which reward does she want to earn? Help her choose a level to work toward!

December

Mid-December – Your Troop Cookie Volunteer will be getting sales materials to distribute before the program begins.
December 23 @3PM – December 26 – GSNEO Offices are closed for the Christmas Holiday.
December 30 @3PM – January 1 – GSNEO Offices are closed for New Year's.

January

January 5 – Girl Scouts can start setting up their online cookie store in Digital Cookie. An email will be sent to the address linked to your Girl Scout’s registration.
Didn’t get the email? - Request a registration email HERE.
January 12 – The Cookie Program starts today! Use Digital Cookie to begin selling online or Girl Scouts can also start taking in-person orders using their order card.
January 16 – GSNEO Offices are closed for staff training.
January 19 – GSNEO Offices are closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

February

February 4 – Today is the last day to either enter in-person sales into Digital Cookie or turn in the order card to your Troop Cookie Volunteer.
Girl Delivery on Digital Cookie turns off at 11:59 PM tonight (It will turn back on March 7).
February 5 – 8 – Have any late or last-minute orders? Let your Troop Cookie Volunteer know by February 8 at 12 PM. They can still edit your Girl Scout’s order during this time.
February 16 – GSNEO Offices are closed for President's Day.

March

February 28 – March 5 – Cookie delivery! Check with your Troop Cookie Volunteer for the location, date, and time to pick up your Girl Scout's cookie orders.
March 6 – Cookie booths begin! Talk with your troop about which booth events they’ll join and how you can help.
Also starting today: Girl-Delivery is back on in Digital Cookie!
It’s important for your troop to talk about how many cookies are available before accepting new orders.
If you take new orders, you MUST tell your Troop Cookie Volunteer which cookie types are needed. They do not get automatic updates when new orders come in, so they need your help to get the right cookies from the troop’s supply or place an order.
March 29 – Cookie Program ends! Booth sales and online sales through Digital Cookie end at 11:59pm tonight.
March 30 – Rewards and Payments Due! Today is the last day to turn in reward choices to your Troop Cookie Volunteer and give your troop the money for any in-person cookie sales.

April – Pathway Pass program credits will be uploaded for Girl Scouts that earned them.

May – Rewards will ship to your local Service Units. Your Troop Cookie Volunteer will let you know when they are ready.

Pathway Pass Program Credits
Girl Scouts can earn Pathway Pass Program Credits by taking part in GSNEO’s Cookie and Fall Product Programs. They can earn credits at different reward levels and through Scoutship.

Girl Scouts who are not in a troop (called Individually Registered Members or Juliettes), or whose troop isn’t selling cookies, can still join the Cookie Program. You’ll learn new skills and earn awesome rewards!
