Events run rain or shine unless GSNEO determines that inclement weather would adversely affect a program. In those cases, participants will be notified as soon as determination is made of cancellation or rescheduling.
If GSNEO cancels the event for any reason or cannot place participants in the event of their choice, GSNEO will issue a refund for 100% of the registration fee which will be refunded in the same way payment was made. If Pathway Passes were used as payment, they would go back to being active. Passes that have expired will have refund passes issued.
All cancellation requests must be received in writing at customercare@gsneo.org. If you must cancel, please let us know at least 21 days before the event to receive a refund and to give us a chance to:
We understand that life happens! A partial refund may be granted for medical or family emergencies. Submit those requests no later than two weeks after the program date.
Note: No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
