Girl Programs

Girl program facilitators provide safe, fun, and educational experiences to Girl Scouts.

Archery Facilitator for Girls (Level I Certification) toggle arrow

Archery Facilittators are Level I Certified to teach girls. We accept certifications from USA Archery and the National Field Archery Association.

Canoe Facilitator for Girls (Level I) toggle arrow

Canoeing is a great team-building activity and an enjoyable and relaxing way to experience the outdoors. This program can also teach girls discipline, control, mental awareness, and how to work as a team.

First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor toggle arrow

First Aid/CPR/AED Instructors teach the American Red Cross basic-level First Aid, CPR, Business of Babysitting, and AED courses.

The Low Ropes Facilitator will teach girls to safely navigate the Low Ropes program with a focus on teambuilding, MESH, and problem solving.

Range Safety Officer (RSO) toggle arrow

The Range Safety Officer is certified through the NRA to assist the instructor and they prepare shooters to participate in shooting events safely and efficiently.

Event volunteers assist with event preparation, registration, logistics, parking, activity stations, & provide support at our events.

Adult Facilitation

Adult facilitators instruct and train other adult volunteers to provide experiences and programs.

Adult Learning Trainer toggle arrow

Help volunteers build the skills they need!

Adult Learning Trainers teach volunteers essential skills such as outdoor skills, conflict resolution, and new leader onboarding. By sharing your knowledge, you’ll empower others to lead with confidence and create safe, fun, and memorable experiences for girls. The opportunities to teach and inspire are endless!

Train the trainers in archery!

Archery Instructors hold a Level II Certification with USA Archery, qualifying them to teach and certify other adults. We train and certify instructors through USA Archery.

Train the trainers in canoeing!

Canoe Instructors hold a Level II Certification, qualifying them to teach and certify other adult facilitators. Through this training, facilitators gain the skills to lead canoeing activities that teach girls discipline, control, teamwork, and outdoor awareness.

First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor toggle arrow

Train volunteers in life-saving skills!

First Aid/CPR/AED Instructors teach the American Red Cross basic-level First Aid, CPR, and AED courses, as well as Wilderness First Aid. By training other volunteers, you equip them to confidently respond to emergencies and keep girls safe during all types of activities.
